About the Founder
Before ALETRA, I spent over seven years in design and marketing — the last four at KPMG, learning what it means to work with real structure, real deadlines, and real standards. Then I moved into marketing management at aveato, where I rebuilt an entire website from 160 pages to 25, and built content systems, sales templates, and workflows that made the whole team faster and more consistent.
At some point I realised: most founders don't need another agency that produces faster. They need someone who helps them think clearly — about their brand, their message, and how their marketing actually fits together.That's why I started ALETRA. We've grown a YouTube channel to 7,000+ subscribers in 4 months through two strategic video releases. Helped founders go from scattered content to a system they can run themselves. Cut campaign concept time by 40% using AI — not to replace the thinking, but to protect more time for it.
